Chairperson MARIA CRISTINA C. MARIANO obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Communication Arts degree from Miriam College.

She worked as a researcher, writer, reporter and producer for the Philippines' largest broadcast network, ABS-CBN.

As a writer and producer, she researched stories, wrote scripts and produced pieces for airing on News and Current Affairs programs. She also produced segments for the network's Special documentary group. As a writer and producer for the News Creative group, she was part of a team tasked to take care of the tri-media campaigns of the daily News and Current Affairs programs and all the requirements of the 24/7 cable news channel, ANC (The ABS-CBN News Channel).

She rounded out her communications and production skills by going into advertising. She briefly worked as an Account Manager closely working with the creative team conceptualizing marketing campaigns and strategies for clients.

At present, Chairperson Mariano also holds a post at the Presidential Communications Operations Office (PCOO) as Director for New Media and Special Events. She heads the team that manages the President's website (www.president.gov.ph) and official social media accounts (Facebook and Twitter).

Vice Chairperson VERONICA B. JIMENEZ earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Broadcast Communications from University of the Philippines Diliman and Master’s Degree in Events Marketing from the Ateneo Graduate School of Business. She has also completed a course in Events Marketing from the Ateneo Graduate School of Business.

She has also attended prestigious workshops here and abroad: a workshop by the Mashav Golda Meir Foundation in Israel on Media Strategies for Social Change in 2011; the Metrobank Foundation Fellowship Program in Journalism Media Training Series: The Filipino Journalist and the Changing Media Landscape, Challenges, Issues and Possibilities in 2015.

Vice Chairperson Jimenez is also member of the Board of Trustees of the University of the Philippines College of Mass Communications Alumni Association and a member of the Kapisanan ng mga Broadcaster ng Pilipinas (KBP), and the National Press Club.

She is a member of the Kapisanan ng mga Broadcaster ng Pilipinas (KBP), and the National Press Club.

Prior to her appointment as Vice Chairperson, she was a program host for the Presidential Broadcast Staff – Radio Television Malacañang (PBS-RTVM). She was also a News Anchor/Correspondent for GMA-7 and part of the Malacañang Press Corps for DZBB/DWLS. She was also the Senior Vice President for Sales & Marketing of Advertising Ventures Inc.

At present, she hosts PTV Public Affairs programs such as Bridging Borders, Kwatrobersyal, and the top-rating investigative program The Veronica Chronicles.

Vice Chairperson Jimenez also conducts workshops on a wide range of communication capabilities and skills for private firms and government agencies.

General Manager ALBERT D. BOCOBO obtained his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Mass Communication from St. Joseph’s College, Q.C. in 1989, and has completed the Basic Management Program from the Asian Institute of Management (AIM) in May 2014.

A Certified Security Professional, he is a member of the Philippine Society for Industrial Security (PSIS).

Prior to his appointment as Network General Manager, he is a former Manila Electric Company (Meralco) executive. He was Meralco’s Corporate Compliance Officer responsible for the submission of all reportorial requirements of the company to the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and Philippine Stock Exchange (PSE). He also became Head of Investigation/ Legal Operations Office of the company.

General Manager Bocobo started his career in the broadcast industry in 1988 when he joined the Presidential Broadcast Staff – Radio Television Malacañang (PBS-RTVM) under the leadership of then Executive Director Maria V. Montelibano. He rose from the ranks and became Associate Producer.

In June 2014, after his 22 years stint with the private sector, General Manager Bocobo was engaged as Management Consultant for PBS-RTVM. He later on served as Technical Adviser to the General Manager on Human Resource for People’s Television Network, Inc. in August 2014.

General Manager Bocobo has also completed the Corporate Governance Orientation Program given by the Governance Commission on Government-Owned and Controlled Corporations (GCG), in cooperation with the Institute of Corporate Directors (ICD).

Director MA. CINDY RACHELLE E. IGMAT is best known as a Stage and Video Director for events and productions, both local and international.

Her broadcasting career started when she became part of the communications team of Gawad Kalinga Development Foundation, headed by Director Maria V. Montelibano. With her intensive training, she was entrusted to direct two significant events – the 100 years celebration of the 2014 Asian Games Centennial Festival (AGCEF) by the Olympic Council of Asia and the Inauguration of President Benigno S. Aquino III in 2010.

Director Igmat has been directing the last five anniversary celebrations of the 1986 EDSA People Power Revolution since 2011.

With her invaluable contribution and dedication to public service, Director Igmat has been recognized as one of the 30 Empowered Women of Batangas Province given by SM City Batangas last March 2016.

Director Igmat continuously hones her expertise in media and stage productions through participating in trainings like the Government Communication for Senior Editors and Writers at Philippine Information Agency in 2013 and representing the Philippines in the Next Generation’s Media Contents Production Workshop in Seoul, Korea in 2014.

At present, Director Igmat is a Senior Documentation Specialist and a Technical Assistant at the EDSA People Power Commission (EPPC). She is likewise is a member of the auxiliary team of Radio Television Malacañang, covering important national events like the President’s State of the Nation Address (SONA) and the 2015 Papal Visit.

Director Igmat obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Batangas State University.

Director JOSEMARIA E. CLARO teaches at the University of Makati (Umak) and at the Educational Research and Development Assistance (ERDA) Inc., which aims to promote the total development of poor children.

He obtained his Bachelor’s Degree at the Ateneo de Manila University (ADMU). He has also completed the Corporate Governance Orientation Program organized by the Governance Commission on Government-Owned and Controlled Corporations (GCG), in cooperation with the Institute of Corporate Directors (ICD).

At present, Director Claro is the Deputy Executive Director of the EDSA People Power Commission (EPPC).
